What It Does:

The medium mixing valve controls the amount of abrasive media introduced into the compressed air stream at the bottom of the blast pot.

Because abrasive continuously passes through the valve during operation, internal components are subjected to significant wear. Over time, this can result in poor adjustment, inconsistent abrasive flow, leakage, or difficulty controlling the air-to-abrasive mixture.
