What It Does:

The medium mixing valve controls the amount of abrasive media introduced into the compressed air stream at the bottom of the blast pot.

Because abrasive continuously passes through the valve, its internal components are subjected to considerable wear. Over time, this can cause inconsistent abrasive delivery, poor adjustment, leakage, or difficulty controlling the abrasive mixture.
