What the Handway Gasket Does

The C642 / F119-018 gasket seals the 4" x 6" handway inspection opening in the pressure vessel.

The removable handway provides access to the interior of the vessel for inspection and service. When the handway is reinstalled, this gasket creates the seal between the handway closure and vessel opening so the vessel can safely contain operating pressure.
