Features:

  • PK Lindsay C-32 small mixing valve packing

  • Identified as #11 in the exploded parts diagram

  • Fits Models 15, 25, 35 & 100

  • Internal sealing component for the small mixing valve

  • Ideal for servicing or rebuilding an existing mixing valve

  • Helps restore proper sealing and valve operation

  • Helps keep older PK Lindsay blasting equipment in service

What It Does:

The small mixing valve regulates the amount of abrasive media entering the compressed air stream at the bottom of the blast pot. The C-32 packing provides sealing around the internal mixing valve components to help maintain proper operation.

Packing is a normal wear item. Age, repeated adjustment, abrasive contamination, and normal use can eventually cause it to wear, harden, or lose its ability to seal effectively.

Replacing worn packing during mixing valve service can help restore proper sealing and extend the life of the existing valve assembly.

Common Signs the Mixing Valve May Need Service:

  • Air or abrasive leakage around the valve

  • Mixing valve is difficult to adjust

  • Inconsistent abrasive flow

  • Packing is worn, hardened, or damaged

  • Valve cannot maintain proper adjustment

  • Older mixing valve that has not been serviced in years
