Applications:

  • PK Lindsay abrasive blast pots
  • Pressure sandblasting equipment
  • Medium mixing valve assemblies
  • Commercial abrasive blasting systems
  • Industrial surface preparation equipment

Features:

  • PK Lindsay C-32 medium mixing valve packing
  • Identified as #11 in the exploded parts diagram
  • Fits Models 200E & 300E
  • Internal sealing component for the medium mixing valve
  • Works with the packing gland to help maintain proper sealing
  • Ideal for servicing or rebuilding an existing mixing valve
  • Replaces worn, hardened, or damaged packing
  • Helps keep older PK Lindsay blasting equipment in service

What It Does:

The C-32 Packing provides sealing around the spindle assembly of the PK Lindsay medium mixing valve. It works together with the C-31 Packing Gland (Diagram Item #10) to help minimize air and abrasive leakage while allowing the spindle to operate as the abrasive flow is adjusted.

Packing is a normal wear item. Age, repeated adjustment, abrasive contamination, and years of service can eventually cause the packing to wear, harden, or lose its ability to seal effectively.

Replacing worn packing during mixing valve service can help restore proper sealing and extend the useful life of the existing valve assembly.

Common Signs the Mixing Valve Packing May Need Replacement:

  • Air leakage around the mixing valve spindle
  • Abrasive leakage around the adjustment mechanism
  • Packing has become hard or deteriorated
  • Difficulty obtaining a proper seal
  • Mixing valve has extensive service hours
  • Valve is being disassembled for rebuilding

Repair Your Existing Mixing Valve

If the valve body, cover, and other major components are still in good condition, replacing wear items such as the C-32 Packing can be an economical way to restore proper operation.

For a more extensive rebuild, the 6-36A Medium Mixing Valve Rebuild Kit includes the primary internal wear components needed to service the valve.

Finding Parts for Older PK Lindsay Equipment

PK Lindsay blast machines may no longer be manufactured, but many 200E and 300E machines remain in service. Individual mixing valve components can be difficult to identify and locate when you're working from an older exploded parts diagram.

That's why we include the original PK Lindsay part number and exploded diagram item number whenever possible—so you can identify exactly what you need before ordering.

Important:

This listing is for the PK Lindsay C-32 Medium Mixing Valve Packing – Diagram Item #11 only.

Other components shown in the exploded parts diagram are sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
