- Helps keep older PK Lindsay blasting equipment in service
What It Does:
The C-16 Cover Gasket provides the seal between the mixing valve cover and valve assembly. A proper seal helps prevent air and abrasive leakage and allows the medium mixing valve to operate as intended.
Gaskets can deteriorate from age, repeated compression, abrasive contamination, and repeated disassembly. The gasket may also be damaged when the mixing valve cover is removed for servicing.
For this reason, it's a good idea to inspect the cover gasket whenever the medium mixing valve is disassembled for repair or rebuilding.
Common Signs the Cover Gasket May Need Replacement:
- Air leakage around the mixing valve cover
- Abrasive leakage around the cover
- Visible cracks, tears, or deterioration
- Gasket has become hard or brittle
- Gasket is permanently compressed
- Mixing valve has been disassembled for service
Finding Parts for Older PK Lindsay Equipment

That's why we include the original PK Lindsay part number and exploded diagram item number whenever possible—so you can identify exactly what you need before ordering.
