Complete 1" Blast Hose Assembly

This assembly provides the 1" ID x 50' blast hose and the required components for both ends, eliminating the need to purchase the hose, clamps, and hose ends separately.

The larger 1" inside diameter provides the flow capacity required by larger abrasive blasting systems and helps minimize pressure loss through longer hose runs when properly matched to the blast machine, nozzle, and compressor.

The 50-foot length also provides plenty of working range, allowing the operator to cover a larger area without continually moving the blast pot.

Why Blast Hose Condition Matters

Blast hose is continuously exposed to high-velocity abrasive media, making internal wear unavoidable over time. The exterior can also suffer damage from dragging, bending, twisting, weather exposure, and normal jobsite use.

Inspect blast hose regularly and replace it if you find:

• Soft spots, bulges, or deformation
• Excessive internal abrasive wear
