Complete Hose Assembly

The PK Lindsay 850-122 provides the blast hose and end components together as a complete assembly.

This can be especially useful when restoring older blasting equipment where the existing hose has deteriorated or where the original hose ends are worn along with the hose itself.

The assembly includes two 800-035 components and two 3-66HE components, providing the required hardware at both ends of the 3/4" blast hose.

Why Blast Hose Condition Matters

Abrasive blast hose is subjected to severe internal and external wear. Abrasive media traveling through the hose gradually wears the inner tube, while dragging, bending, weather exposure, and normal shop or jobsite use can damage the outside of the hose.

A blast hose should be inspected regularly and replaced if it shows:

  • Cracking, cuts, or severe exterior wear
  • Soft spots, bulges, or other deformation
  • Excessive internal abrasive wear
  • Damage near either coupling
  • Loose or damaged hose-end fittings
  • Air or abrasive leakage
  • Any condition that could compromise the integrity of the hose

Other PK Lindsay Hose Sizes

PK Lindsay-style blast hose assemblies were offered in several sizes and lengths, including 1/2", 3/4", and 1" ID configurations. The 850-122 is specifically the 3/4" ID x 25' assembly.

Always verify the hose diameter and connection requirements of your machine before ordering.

Finding Parts for Older PK Lindsay Equipment

PK Lindsay abrasive blasting equipment may no longer be manufactured, but many of these machines remain in service. Blast hose assemblies, hose ends, couplings, nozzle components, mixing valve parts, and deadman valve components can be increasingly difficult to identify and locate.

That's why we include the original PK Lindsay part numbers and component numbers whenever possible—so you can identify exactly what you need before ordering.

Important:

This listing is for one PK Lindsay 850-122 Complete 3/4" ID x 25' Sandblast Hose Assembly with coupling ends.

Always completely depressurize the blast machine before installing or servicing blast hose, couplings, nozzle components, or any other part of the pressure blasting system. Never operate abrasive blasting equipment with a damaged hose or insecure coupling.
