Complete 25-Foot Hose Assembly
This assembly provides the 1/2" x 25' blast hose and the required components for both ends, eliminating the need to purchase the hose, clamps, and hose ends separately.
The 25-foot length provides a good balance between working reach and maneuverability for smaller pressure blasting systems.
Why Blast Hose Condition Matters
Abrasive blast hose is subjected to severe wear. High-velocity abrasive media continuously wears the inside of the hose, while dragging, bending, twisting, weather exposure, and normal jobsite use can damage the exterior.
Inspect blast hose regularly and replace it if you find:
- Cracks, cuts, or severe exterior wear
- Soft spots, bulges, or deformation
- Excessive internal abrasive wear
- Damage near either hose end
- Loose or damaged clamps or fittings
- Air or abrasive leakage
- Any deterioration that could compromise hose integrity
Verify Your Hose Size
This assembly is specifically designed as a replacement for the PK Lindsay 850-120 1/2" ID x 25' blast hose assembly.
PK Lindsay-style blast hose assemblies were available in several diameters and lengths, so verify your hose inside diameter, length, and part number before ordering.
Finding Parts for Older PK Lindsay Equipment
PK Lindsay abrasive blasting equipment may no longer be manufactured, but many of these machines remain in service. Blast hoses, hose ends, clamps, nozzle components, mixing valve parts, and deadman components can be increasingly difficult to identify and locate.
That's why we include the original PK Lindsay part numbers and component numbers whenever possible—so you can identify exactly what you need before ordering.
Important:
This listing is for one 1/2" ID x 25' Complete Sandblast Hose Assembly that replaces PK Lindsay 850-120, including:
(2) 800-034 Blast Hose Clamps and (2) 1-74 Hose Ends.
Always completely depressurize the blast machine before installing or servicing blast hose, couplings, nozzle components, or any other part of the pressure blasting system. Never operate abrasive blasting equipment with a damaged hose or insecure connection.
