What It Does:

The 800-236 Rubber Liner fits inside the hose coupling at the sandblast tip end of the blast hose. It provides a protective internal surface in an area exposed to the high-velocity abrasive stream traveling toward the blast nozzle.

Because abrasive media continuously passes through this area during operation, the rubber liner is subjected to considerable wear. Over time, it can become eroded, torn, hardened, or otherwise deteriorated.

Replacing a worn liner can help protect the surrounding coupling components and maintain a smooth path for abrasive flow through the hose and into the nozzle assembly.

Common Reasons for Replacement:

  • Rubber liner shows visible abrasive wear
