Features:
- PK Lindsay 6-03C medium mixing valve cover
- Identified as #13 in the exploded parts diagram
- Fits Models 200E & 300E
- Component of the medium mixing valve assembly
- Ideal for repairing or rebuilding an existing mixing valve
- Allows serviceable internal valve components to be reused
- Replaces a worn, damaged, or corroded cover
- Helps keep older PK Lindsay blasting equipment in service
What It Does:
The 6-03C Cover encloses the internal components of the PK Lindsay medium mixing valve assembly. It works together with the cover gasket and other valve components to provide a properly assembled and sealed mixing valve.
Years of abrasive blasting, corrosion, physical damage, or repeated servicing can eventually damage the original cover. Replacing the cover allows an otherwise serviceable mixing valve to be repaired without replacing the complete valve assembly.
Common Signs the Mixing Valve Cover May Need Replacement:
- Cracked or physically damaged cover
- Excessive corrosion or deterioration
- Damaged mounting surfaces
- Damaged threads or mounting points
- Cover will no longer seal properly
- Original cover is lost or damaged during servicing
Repair Your Existing Mixing Valve
If the valve body and internal components are still serviceable, replacing only the damaged 6-03C Medium Mixing Valve Cover can be a cost-effective alternative to replacing the complete mixing valve.
The C-16 Medium Mixing Valve Cover Gasket (Diagram Item #12) should also be inspected whenev
