- Helps keep older PK Lindsay blasting equipment in service
What It Does:
The 4-66HE Hose Coupling End provides the connection at the end of the 1" ID blast hose for the sandblast tip/nozzle assembly.
This area of a blasting system sees considerable wear. Abrasive media traveling through the hose at high velocity, repeated nozzle changes, dragging the hose across work areas, and normal jobsite abuse can eventually wear or damage the coupling.
A worn or damaged hose coupling should be replaced before it compromises the security of the nozzle assembly or the blast hose connection.
Common Reasons for Replacement:
- Coupling is worn or damaged
- Threads or connection surfaces are damaged
- Excessive abrasive wear
- Coupling is cracked or distorted
- Nozzle assembly will no longer attach securely
- Existing coupling is heavily corroded
- Rebuilding an older PK Lindsay blast hose assembly

Finding Parts for Older PK Lindsay Equipment
PK Lindsay abrasive blasting equipment may no longer be manufactured, but many of these machines remain in service. Blast hose fittings, nozzle components, seals, and other small parts can be particularly difficult to identify when working from an older exploded parts diagram.
That's why we include the original PK Lindsay part number, hose size, and exploded diagram item number whenever possible—so you can identify exactly what you need before ordering.
Important:
This listing is for the PK Lindsay 4-66HE 1" ID Hose Coupling End – Diagram Item #13 only.
The blast hose, nozzle, nozzle holding nut, O-ring, and other components shown in the exploded parts diagram are sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
Always completely depressurize the blast machine before servicing the blast hose, coupling, nozzle, or any other component of the blasting system. Never operate abrasive blasting equipment with a damaged or insecure hose or nozzle connection.
