What It Does:

The large mixing valve controls the amount of abrasive media entering the compressed air stream at the bottom of the blast pot. Proper operation of this valve is essential for maintaining consistent abrasive flow and efficient blasting performance.

Because abrasive media continuously passes through the mixing valve, its internal components and valve surfaces are exposed to substantial wear. After years of service, a valve may become difficult to adjust, leak abrasive or air, or become worn beyond the point where a standard rebuild is practical.

The PK Lindsay 100-199 Complete Large Mixing Valve allows the entire existing valve assembly to be replaced rather than repairing individual worn components.
