What It Does:

The 100-198 Medium Mixing Valve is mounted at the bottom of the blast pot and regulates the amount of abrasive media introduced into the compressed air stream.

Proper abrasive metering is important for efficient blasting. Too much abrasive can waste media and reduce blasting efficiency, while too little abrasive can reduce production and cleaning performance.

Because abrasive continually passes through the mixing valve, the body and internal components are subjected to significant wear over years of service.

Rebuild or Replace the Complete Valve?

If your existing valve body and cover are still in good condition, rebuilding the valve with a 6-36A Medium Mixing Valve Rebuild Kit may be the most economical option.

If the valve body, cover, or other major components are badly worn, damaged, or missing, the 100-198 Medium Mixing Valve Assembly provides a more complete solution.

Keeping Older PK Lindsay Equipment Working

PK Lindsay blast machines may no longer be manufactured, but many Models 200E and 300E remain in service. Finding complete assemblies and individual repair components for these machines can be difficult.
