  • Commercial and industrial abrasive blasting equipment

Features:

  • PK Lindsay 100-009 small mixing valve body

  • Identified as #2 in the exploded parts diagram

  • Fits Models 15, 25, 35 & 100

  • Main body component of the small mixing valve assembly

  • Ideal for rebuilding a damaged or excessively worn mixing valve

  • Allows serviceable internal components to be reused when appropriate

  • Helps keep older PK Lindsay blasting equipment in service

What It Does:

The 100-009 valve body forms the main housing of the PK Lindsay small mixing valve assembly. The mixing valve regulates the amount of abrasive media entering the compressed air stream at the bottom of the blast pot.

Years of abrasive passing through the valve can eventually cause wear or erosion to the body. If the internal repair components are still serviceable but the valve body itself is damaged or excessively worn, replacing the body can be a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a complete mixing valve.

Common Signs the Valve Body May Need Replacement:

  • Visible erosion or wear inside the valve body

  • Cracks or physical damage

  • Abrasive or air leakage

  • Damaged threads

  • Internal components no longer fit or seal correctly

  • Mixing valve cannot be successfully rebuilt because of body wear
