3/32" Ceramic Sandblast Nozzle – Long Tapered Cone – Straight Bore – 3-3/4" Long

Keep your pressure sandblaster operating efficiently with this 3/32" Ceramic Sandblast Nozzle. Featuring a long tapered cone, straight 3/32" bore, and 3-3/4" overall length, this nozzle is used on a variety of pressure blasting systems from PK Lindsay, Empire, ALC, Pirate Brand and others.

The 3/32" bore requires approximately 7 CFM at 80 PSI, making it particularly useful for smaller blasting jobs and compressors with limited air capacity.

Nozzle Specifications:

  • Material: Ceramic
  • Bore Size: 3/32"
  • Bore Type: Straight Bore
  • Shape: Long Tapered Cone
  • Overall Length: 3-3/4"
  • Air Requirement: Approximately 7 CFM @ 80 PSI
  • Application: Pressure Abrasive Blasting Equipment

Fits / Applications:

  • PK Lindsay pressure sandblasters
  • Empire abrasive blasting equipment
  • ALC pressure blasters
  • Pirate Brand pressure blast equipment
  • Northern Tool / ALC blasting equipment
  • Commercial pressure blast pots
  • Industrial abrasive blasting systems

ALC / Northern Tool Application:

This 3/32" ceramic nozzle corresponds with the nozzle size used in ALC 40292 Pressure Nozzle Kit. The 40292 kit specification calls for a 3/32" ceramic nozzle with approximately 7 CFM air consumption at 80 PSI.

Northern Tool / ALC Part #155515 fits blasting equipment identified as #155519.

Features:

  • Durable ceramic construction
  • 3/32" straight bore
  • Long tapered cone design
  • 3-3/4" overall length
  • Approximately 7 CFM @ 80 PSI
  • Suitable for pressure-feed abrasive blasting
  • Cross-references numerous older sandblaster nozzle part numbers
  • Excellent choice for keeping older blasting equipment in service

Why Nozzle Bore Size Matters:

Nozzle size has a major effect on both air consumption and abrasive flow. The small 3/32" bore requires considerably less compressed air than larger blasting nozzles, making it useful where compressor capacity is limited or where a smaller, more controlled blast pattern is desired.

For comparison, the 3/32" ALC nozzle is rated at approximately 7 CFM at 80 PSI, while progressively larger nozzle sizes require substantially more compressor capacity.

Ceramic Nozzles Are Wear Items

Abrasive media gradually enlarges the nozzle bore during normal use. As the bore wears larger, the nozzle consumes more compressed air and can change the blasting characteristics of the equipment.

Inspect ceramic nozzles regularly and replace them when the bore becomes excessively enlarged, uneven, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged.

Important:

This listing is for one 3/32" Ceramic Sandblast Nozzle – Long Tapered Cone, Straight Bore, 3-3/4" Length.

Nozzle washers, holders, couplings, blast hose, and other components are sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

Always verify the nozzle dimensions and cross-reference number for your equipment before ordering.
