  • Sandblast deadman controls
  • Pneumatic remote control systems
  • Pressure blast pots
  • Commercial and industrial abrasive blasting equipment

Features:

  • PK Lindsay / Marco KwikFire 100-041 deadman control arm
  • Identified as #1 in the exploded parts diagram
  • Individual service component for the deadman control assembly
  • Ideal for repairing or rebuilding an existing deadman control
  • Replaces a worn, bent, damaged, or missing control arm
  • Helps restore proper mechanical operation of the deadman control
  • Helps keep older PK Lindsay and Marco KwikFire blasting equipment in service

What It Does:

The 100-041 Control Arm is part of the operator-actuated deadman control assembly. Movement of the control arm operates the deadman mechanism, allowing the pneumatic remote control system to respond when the operator activates or releases the control.

Because the control arm is repeatedly operated during normal blasting, it can eventually become worn, bent, damaged, or develop excessive play.

Replacing a damaged control arm can help restore proper operation without replacing the complete deadman control assembly.

Common Signs the Control Arm May Need Replacement:

  • Control arm is bent or physically damaged
  • Excessive looseness or play
  • Deadman control is difficult to operate
  • Arm does not move through its normal range
  • Worn mounting or pivot area
  • Original control arm is missing
