The Flame 115 features a metallic, forced air insulation pocket between the combustion chamber and the external protection cone. The cooling air is blown through the pocket by the burner fan and pushed into the environment being heated. This method of heating, effectively serves as a hybrid style of heating through the use radiant and forced air heat.
